Hello, and welcome to Counseling For Your Success. I am a licensed therapist with a dual approach to healing: grounded in traditional mental healthcare and elevated by the transformative powers of water.

​In my office, I work with individuals, couples, and families, navigating trauma, life, transitions, and relational challenges, using evidence-based therapy to foster insight and emotional growth. Beyond the therapy room, I take healing to the water through aquatic psychotherapy® sessions. I guide individuals, couples, and groups in a variety of therapeutic experiences.
