“Make Waves” Keynote Package

- $3,500 (up to 25 participants)
- $5,500 (26–75 participants)
- $10,000 (76+ participants)

Includes: 45-minute keynote lecture + 15-minute Q&A (60 minutes total).

“Team Flow” Half-Day Workshop

- $3,500 – $7,500 (based on the number of participants)

3-hour interactive workshop including water-based team bonding exercises.

Activity options:
• Kayaking adventure
• River inner-tube float
• Poolside or beach team-building games

Agendas are customized during the initial consultation and may be revised up to three times prior to the event (finalized 3 weeks before).

“Total Immersion” Full-Day Corporate Retreat

- $15,500 – $25,000 (based on the number of participants)

Includes: Keynote + full-day water-based experiential learning + 4 custom one-hour activities of your choice, plus a closing statement.

Choose-your-own-adventure format: Participants may join activities according to their comfort level. Times will be posted for each experience. Multi-day events allow activities to be spread across days.

Agendas are customized during the initial consultation and may be revised up to three times prior to the event (finalized 3 weeks before).

Sample Activity Framework

• Near the Water: Sunrise stretch and meditation; intention-setting for personal and professional growth.
• On the Water: Leadership skills via kayaking or lazy river float.
• In the Water: Team-building through group floats (in sets of 3) or pool games.
• Under the Water: Confidence-building challenges that promote resilience and insight (for all swimmers; advanced options available for athletic participants that want a challenge).

Closing Ceremony

We conclude with a sunset beach or poolside gathering featuring closing reflections, music, and light refreshments. This celebratory moment reinforces lessons learned and creates lasting team memories. Enhancements may include appetizers, drinks, and sparklers.
